  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

a. Initiating a Return

b. Shipping Your Return

c. Inspection of Returns

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
  • If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

a. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within5-7 business days after your return is approved.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or via bank transfer (you will need to provide account details).

b. Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds for items that:

  • Are returned past the eligible return window but are still in acceptable condition.
  • Show minimal wear or damage caused by shipping.

c. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
